How I Do It
As an expert on the Windsor Real Estate Market, my goal is to ensure you get the best deal – hassle-free, with a verified buyer and as quickly as possible.
Consultation Call
The selling process begins with a consultation call. During the call, I strive to get as much information about the property and the seller’s goals in terms of their price expectation, timeline for sale etc.
Property Details
The next step is to acquire and verify the seller’s property details. During this stage, we check the database to confirm if the seller is the actual owner and learn more about the property’s history.
Property Visit
Before listing any property for sale in our network, we undertake a physical inspection of the property. This includes cross-verifying all aspects of the property and making note of any damage or work done.
Specific Quote
My team and I then try to ascertain the preliminary selling price of the property after taking into account factors like the property’s age, it’s furniture & fixtures, the neighbourhood, prevailing market condition etc.
Listing Plan
Once we come to an agreement on the price range, we formulate an extensive listing plan that can get your property in front of a large number of prospective buyers until we close the sale.
Video Tours
In keeping with the times, we conduct extensive video tours to reach more people and close the sale as quickly as possible. In addition to sharing videos with our large social media audience, we also conduct live tours for prospective buyers.
