I’m Milena Simsic — a former ICU nurse turned full-time real estate investor, agent, and team leader in Windsor, Ontario. I specialize in helping clients navigate the Windsor real estate market, whether you’re buying your first home, building a portfolio, or searching for the best houses for sale in Windsor Ontario.

Born and raised in Windsor, I completed my nursing degree at the University of Windsor while working in a local automotive factory. After graduation, I worked across the border in Michigan as an ICU nurse. During that time, I became deeply interested in Windsor homes for sale, investing in real estate, and building long-term financial stability.

I bought my first investment property — a 6-unit multifamily in Windsor — during my first year as a nurse. Three years later, I owned multiple income-producing properties, including a converted duplex, and my passive income matched my nursing salary.

What I saw in the market was clear: buyers and investors needed better data, better support, and better marketing. Windsor Ontario real estate lacked transparency — and most real estate agents weren’t providing the depth of insight or service buyers needed.

So I left healthcare and launched a mission to modernize local real estate.

Today, I run:
